By accessing and using the Auto Momentum website (auto-momentum.com) and our smart sensor services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Auto Momentum provides smart sensor technology, IoT solutions, data analytics, and related services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Smart sensor hardware and software solutions
  • IoT connectivity and data transmission services
  • Data analytics and reporting platforms
  • Technical support and maintenance services
  • Consultation and custom integration services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Protect your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect intellectual property rights

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.

7. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Payment is due according to your service agreement
  • Late payments may result in service suspension
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice

We provide service level guarantees as outlined in individual service agreements. This includes:

  • Uptime guarantees for sensor connectivity
  • Response times for technical support
  • Data accuracy and reliability standards
  • Security and backup procedures

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Momentum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Auto Momentum harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law and subject to the jurisdiction of Danish courts. Any disputes will be resolved in Copenhagen, Denmark.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

14. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
